About Us

Born in the Kitchen, Raised in the Fire.

The story of how we stopped searching for the perfect hot sauce and decided to brew it ourselves.

From Obsession to Bottle

It all started with a simple problem: we were tired of hot sauces that tasted like pure vinegar and artificial burn. We wanted real flavor. We wanted the sweetness of roasted garlic, the tang of fresh citrus, and the authentic kick of real chilis.

So, we fired up the stove, turned our kitchen into a mad scientist’s lab, and started blending.

Dozens of burnt pans, watered eyes, and coughing fits later, we struck gold. We created a line of hot sauces that don’t just make things hot—they make things better. What started as a passion project for friends and family quickly outgrew our kitchen, and today, we’re sharing that liquid gold with flavor-seekers everywhere.

Our Philosophy / Manifesto

The Rules We Live (and Brew) By:

  • Flavor Over Pain: Anyone can make a sauce that burns your tongue off. We prefer to make sauces that make you want to take another bite. Heat is nothing without flavor.

  • No Shortcuts, No Shady Chemistry: We use 100% real ingredients. No artificial thickeners, no weird preservatives, and absolutely zero cheap fillers. Just fresh peppers, spices, and love.

  • Small Batches, Huge Standards: We still make our sauces in small, controlled batches. It’s the only way to guarantee that every single drop that leaves our kitchen is absolutely perfect.

THE PEPPERS BEHIND THE FURY

Eight cultivars. One purpose: layers of flavor that survive fire, smoke, and time.

We don’t just grow peppers — we cast each one for a specific role in the blend. From ultra-heat anchors to bright acidic counterpoints, every variety earns its place through weeks of lacto-fermentation and real hardwood charcoal smoke.

Carolina Reaper (Fort Mill, SC) — Our ultra-heat anchor, with sweet undertones that survive deep fermentation.

Dragon’s Breath (Wales) — Nuclear-level heat for our most extreme batches.

Apocalypse Scorpion (Central Italy) — A floral sting with a thick placenta that adds body to long-ferment batches.

Blood Ghost (Northeast India) — Dark pigment, slow-building burn, and the best charcoal-smoke retention in the lineup.

Coyote Zan White (Amazon Basin heirloom) — Bright, citrus-forward acidity that cuts through the smoke.

Thunder Mountain Longhorn (Guizhou, China) — Sun-dried heirloom built for rapid charcoal infusion and earthy mid-range heat.

Count Dracula (black-foliaged heirloom) — Deep color and a sharp upfront tang.

Jalapeño Base (Xalapa, Mexico) — The foundation: high sugar, thick walls, and the backbone of every ferment.

Heat is just the entry point. What we’re really after is depth — and that only comes from choosing the right pepper for the right job.
